What if you are not satisfied?

If you are not happy with your order for any of the following reasons, I will help you quickly and without fuss:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at tim@pokeice.com with a short description and, if possible, photos of the issue.

I will then offer you, at your choice:

• A full refund of the purchase price
• A replacement (if the card is available)
• Store credit by arrangement
