Where I ship

PokeIce ships Pokémon cards and products throughout Europe. Every order is securely packed and sent with tracking.

Shipping costs

• Germany: € 7.49 flat — any order, any size
• EU: € 12.99 flat — any order, any size
• United Kingdom, Switzerland and the rest of Europe: calculated at checkout from the destination and parcel size

Every parcel is tracked and insured up to € 500 at no extra cost. Above that value you can add higher cover at checkout. The exact amount is always shown before you complete the order.

Delivery times

• Germany: 1–3 business days
• EU (neighbouring countries): 3–7 business days
• EU (other countries): 5–10 business days
• Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

The delivery times listed are estimates and may vary during periods of high order volume, on public holidays, or due to customs delays.

Customs and taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and other fees may apply. These costs are not covered by PokeIce and are payable by the recipient. Please check in advance with the relevant authorities in your country.

Packaging

All cards are professionally and securely packed:

• Single cards are packed in protective sleeves and a toploader or card holder
• Multiple cards are protected with foam or bubble wrap
• Sealed products are shipped in sturdy boxes with plenty of padding

Tracking

After dispatch you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the status of your shipment.

Damaged or lost shipments

In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged or lost, please contact us as soon as possible at tim@pokeice.com. We will take care of a quick solution.
