You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal applies in principle to all goods offered. If a sealed product (booster pack, booster box, Elite Trainer Box or any other factory-sealed trading-card product) is opened after receipt, you are liable under § 357 (7) of the German Civil Code (BGB) for any loss of value resulting from this.
The loss of value for opened booster products generally corresponds to the full purchase price, because the element of surprise — an essential part of the product — is irreversibly lost on opening, and the product can no longer be sold as a sealed collector's item.
We therefore expressly point out: if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please leave sealed products unopened.
For individual, non-sealed trading cards, the right of withdrawal applies without this restriction.
